SUMMARY
The aim of this study was the production of specific IgY against cell-associated, highly conserved mammalian proteins. CD 14 is expressed on monocyte surfaces and was identified as endotoxin receptor. P 23 is a cellular protein with unclear biological function. The induction, preparation and characterization of egg yolk antibodies against these antigens are described. (article in english)
